Everything started a long time ago in 2006 as a brand new project at that time, named SystemForex. Having passed the stages of formation, today we are one the most successful and actively developing companies of the segment.

Official date of WelTrade foundation was August,1 2006 under the name of SystemForex. Our agreement with MetaQuotes Software Corporation for the purchase of MetaTrader 4 complex has determined the entrance of Systemgates Ltd, the owner of SystemForex, to the financial market to offer brokerage service for private persons.
At the same time, several representative offices started their work in Russia, Ukraine and China.
High quality service and personal approach to each client allowed us to gain even more trust and open new representative offices in Israel and the Republic of Belarus.
Due to our client base increase and growth of interest to our company from different parts of the world, we have created a special English-speaking call center to provide both information and technical support.
24/5 client friendly support. We have decided to offer Russian, English and Chinese speaking support. Today thanks to the modern Internet technologies and wide branch coverage, we provide support in the most national languages. We now also offer several new account types.
We have also implemented Euro trading accounts. We have been considering the possibility of fund conversion under a client inquiry.
Micro accounts have gained a significant popularity among the traders as funds are displayed both in American and Euro cents. Also, since 2007 we started adding interest rate to the remaining funds on trading accounts, covering the inflation expectations.
In 2008 our company offered a new service for its clients called "My Safe", which gained big popularity among the regular clients.
This service is the following development of the idea of non-operating fund storage.
Having placed the earned funds in «Safebox», client has the possibility to get high annual interest rate from them under the conditions similar to the ones offered by banks, save on transaction fees between payment systems, and also instantly deposit trading account during unexpected market changes. Being aware of the situation in the financial sector and rising dollar mistrust we offer storage in My Safe in dollars and Euro as well as a user-friendly conversion from one Safebox to another.
At the same, we kept the interest rate accrual on non-operating funds on trading account. The calculation is done daily and the balance increase (current balance + accrued interest) takes place at the last minute of the last day of the month.
We have also developed the analytical part on our website.
For the first time in 2008 we held the Contest of SF traders, which since then became re-current. Significant cash prizes for a big number of participants, as well as the additional encouragement means have already become the distinctive feature of our company. At present time we hold such contest no less than twice a year.
Modern technologies and growing client demands cannot pass the development of any company. That is the particular reason, why after a hard and thorough work Systemgates launches the new website on June, 20 2009. New user-friendly bright interface includes all the comments and remarks of our regular clients. Our main priopity is still to create the most comfortable conditions for the trading.

Implementing new trading technologies, we would like to mention our agreement with the Zulutrade project on December, 10 2010. ZuluTrade is one of the major systems of automatic Forex trading that have gained popularity over only the few years of existence.
Till the end of the year the new technologies implementation complex was introduced, website and trader’s profile interface changed, security and financial operations tests made.
Service has become available to our clients in the end of the year throught the connection request to our technical support. And today more than 30 000 people have already estimated its advantages.
In the second part of 2010 the Analytics Department was created with the task of the analytic component development, that had been worked on since 2009. The same year the Department made a decision to create video tutorials.
Partner program was developed and launched which promoted the clientbase increase and finding of new reliable partners for our company in different countries. It has also accelerated the foundation of new representative offices.
2011 was one of the most intense in the life of our company.
In the beginning of the year we have finished the ZuluTrade implementation. The connection of WEB module developed by our programmers made it possible to independently, omitting the submission to their support, connect ZuluTrade service to our accounts.
WEB-Trader implementation, a platform requiring no certain operating system. Basically, you can use your Internet browser supporting Flash technology to do graphical and technical analysis and open/close orders. MT4 accounts are fully compatible with WEB-Trader. Our clients have received a perfect mobile trading solution.
October, 1 2011 we have launched Forex video tutorials by Sergey Boriychuk.
SystemForex Analytics Department has developed and provided the special video tutorials to learn at home. These tutorials were created for the beginner traders, but it may be found useful by traders willing to consolidate knowledge. All the company’s clients may watch it absolutely free.
Making our excellent service even better on July, 1 2011 we have offered a new product - SF CLUB. SF CLUB gives you the possibility to receive SFP (SystemForex Points) for each position you close. SFP are available for conversion into monetary funds you can use to increase your account liquidity or withdraw to the chosen payment system.

In December, 2011 we have made contracts for the new trading platforms under Android and iOS. In January they were made available for download. Renewed partner program was launched. We are planning its modification for more comfortable and profitable use.
Company has officially changed its name from SystemForex to WelTrade.
We have now prepared a few new start-ups in different stages of availability. In the future our clients will be able to use PAMM and ECN accounts, as well as information and contest portals. We are considering the possibility of the Stock Exchange entrance in the countries where we are represented. New services of the Analytics Department are being currently implemented.
